Monitoring was done to look at 'Si Dukun 3 in 1' or 'Civil Administration Documentation System by Three Institutions in One Counter' program implementation directly.
This program is a form of integration service between three institutions in order to ease civil administration service for mothers who gave births.

Jakarta Bappeda's Governmental Section of Civil Procedure Sub-division Head, Dani Sumirat Kurniawan explained, 'Si Dukun 3 in 1' program is a new innovation from Jakarta Dukcapil Dept. to serve on civil administration for Jakartans.
"We already saw it. The service is fast and easy, there are no complicated bureaucracy in administration for newborn baby at hospital," he expressed, Monday (8/21).
He explained, this program has achieved The Top 99 of Public Service Innovation from Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform (Kemenpan RB) in 2017.
According to him, the human resources for civil administration service is still insufficient.
"We suggest to add more service personnel to support this program," he mentioned.
In this program, the newborn baby will receive 5 documents which are ID number, birth certificate, family card, children identity card, and ID for Health BPJS.
"It is free of charge for people who do the administration in hospital," he affirmed.
He added, his side will develop this program in other hospitals such as at Fatmawati Hospital and public hospitals in sub-districts until the end of 2017.
"We need full support thus civil service program could be realized," he closed.
